We will provide fully trained Intermediate level qualified accountant service
We will work on your systems/software (example Xero – XPM, Class, HowNow Work papers & HowNow Document Manager etc), log in via terminal server/your cloud logins and deliver exactly like in-house staff do
You will control your budgets
Your in-house managers would be able to manage WIP on the fly
We will fill in timesheets on a weekly basis and be accountable on WIPs, budgets and the overall quality delivered
Your managers/senior accountants would be in full control of the job workflow at all times and as such Backoffis will work as an extension of your office
Your offshore accountants will be accessible through emails, VOIP and teleconference systems
Your Backoffis team will be managed by an experienced Workflow Manager
You will have full have access to Backoffis facilities for visits and inspections
